ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will be part of the portfolio management team within WCS.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will report to the Head of WCS RF Portfolio management, and you will take end to end responsibility to manage and amend existing contracts for clients. This includes i) the credit risk work, ii) the legal documentation for which you will be in close contact with legal counsel and iii) the close contact with the settlement team

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will report to the Head of WCS RF Portfolio management, and you will take end to end responsibility to manage and amend existing contracts for clients. This includes i) the credit risk work, ii) the legal documentation for which you will be in close contact with legal counsel and iii) the close contact with the settlement team
- As a portfolio manager, you will take end to end responsibility to deliver the client requests. This includes actual client meetings on premises or virtual;
- You will process credit requests and credit reviews;
- You will draft thorough financial analyses and credit application packages;
- You will organise due diligences with external auditors and you will formulate recommendations;
- You will work closely together with legal counsel on the required amendments on transactions.

As WCS Portfolio manager you will also need
- An academic background in economics, management, law or equivalent;
- A relevant preliminary experience of 3 to 6 years in corporate credit risk analysis, acquired either in a credit risk department, or in a corporate lending environment;
- A relevant preliminary experience in contracting;
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
