DESCRIPTION:

We currently have a vacancy for a User Documentation and Training Expert fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert will be based in Brussels, Belgium. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Work closely with all project teams, in a horizontal way, to ensure training needs are mapped early in the process and actions are planned and implemented proactively;

  • Develop training material, including how-to guides, user manuals, reference guides and video tutorials mainly based on ServiceNow;

  • Design and develop training material from scratch; ensure systematic quality review and improvement, in line with feedback provided by the project teams and/or training participants; ensure maintenance based on configurations;

  • Own the development of video tutorials, from script development to recording and editing;

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, both in-person and online, with autonomy. Monitor and evaluate results and take actions to improve efficiency;

  • Develop and implement post-training support initiatives, such as FAQs and peer learning networks, to strengthen knowledge and help learners build confidence;

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Training Knowledge Base, ensuring seamless accessibility and searchability for the learners and projects.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering trainings, with a proven track record of success;

  • Extensive experience of ServiceNow technologies and their applications and affinity with understanding configurations and how they impact the learning experience;

  • Experience with access rights management and an understanding of how to manage via SharePoint Online and Confluence Wiki;

  • Good knowledge with video development and editing software;

  • Experience supporting Change Management activities with an understanding of the impact for a successful business transformation;

  • Knowledge of graphic design to enhance visual content and training material, including experience with infographics;

  • Excellent command of the English and a good understanding of French would be an important asset.
