CONTEXT:

The transformation Office of Degroof Petercam (within the COO function) is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage complex programs within the private banking sector. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with the bank’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

YOUR POSITION:

• Program Management: Lead and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget;


• Governance: apply rigorously group governance and associated reporting needs;


• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives;


• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful program delivery;


• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution;


• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement;


• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure program success, including managing budgets and personnel;


• Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Master’s degree with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in business transformation roles;


• Strong experience in the Banking Industry and Digital transformation;


• Solid communication and presentation skills;


• Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally;


• Creative mindset, thinking out-of-the-box;


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;


• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Dutch and/or French);


• Team player, challenger, and a positive mindset;


• Experience in an Agile context and/or with business architecture are strong assets;


• Certification (PMP, PMI, SAFE…or other relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
