DESCRIPTION:

We currently have a vacancy for a Test automation specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

YOUR TASKS:

• Design, prepare and monitor automated tests;


• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process;


• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;


• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;


• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;


• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;


• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;


• Expert in automated testing of web applications;


• At least 3 years’ experience in test automation technologies, tools and techniques;


• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions;


• At least 2 years’ experience  with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools;


• At least 1 year experience with test data management;


• Excellent command of the English language.
