We are currently looking for an ambitious & enthusiastic Technical Sales Lead to join our Sales team based in Buggenhout, Belgium.
The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and correct preparation of engineering quotations.
It is the key interface between our customers and various internal departments and maintains regular customer interaction on all quotations and live projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for an ambitious & enthusiastic Technical Sales Lead to join our Sales team based in Buggenhout, Belgium.
The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and correct preparation of engineering quotations.
It is the key interface between our customers and various internal departments and maintains regular customer interaction on all quotations and live projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you'll:
- Prepare price calculations and follow-up customer quotations on both laser bending and welding work;
- Train and supervise your team and provide guidance and adjust their work when required;
- Collaborate with our Technical Drawing office to provide practical advice to our customers where required;
- Develop products and produce quotations;
- Supervise the achievement of target production output, quality specifications and customer satisfaction;
- Maintain daily contacts with the various departments within the organization;
- Be responsible for determining efficient working methods and production processes;
- Be the single point of contact for clients in relation to their orders, including orders to be placed, modified or delivered;
- Actively report violations and incidents within the quality management system;
- Ensure that the customer is assisted with technical advice and make proposals to optimize the production process.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To have a Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
- A developed technical understanding of metal bending, welding and cutting processes;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- To be client focused, providing the right solution to our clients at all times;
- To be fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- To be an excellent team player;
- To use your technical experience to provide solutions to complex technical issues;
- To keep yourself regularly informed of evolutions and developments in the field of production.
