DESCRIPTION:
We are pioneering the field of AI strategy and applied AI - partnering with the world’s most ambitious businesses to define how AI could create value for them, and then building the AI products that make that vision a reality. From developing the world’s first AI-native fashion and retail models for one of the world's largest retailers to pioneering an autonomous innovation engine for a global CPG company, our work is first-in-kind and only accelerating.
Our success depends on hiring exceptional tech talent and ensuring that talent is strategically placed to drive maximum impact. We’re looking for a technical recruiter who is not only passionate about hiring but also interested in operations, resource management, and workforce planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle technical hiring while also playing a key role in strategic workforce planning. This role goes beyond recruitment—you will help shape talent strategy, ensuring that we have the right skills in the right place at the right time.
You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify in-demand skills, map future hiring needs, and optimize workforce allocation across our AI and technology teams. A strong network within the Belgian tech ecosystem is essential, as this role will require deep knowledge of the local talent market, hiring trends, and inroads into key tech communities. If you’re excited by the intersection of talent acquisition, operations, and business strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to have a real impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-Cycle Tech Recruitment
Market & Community Engagement
Talent Strategy & Resource Management

PROFILE:
A Strategic Thinker with an Operational Mindset
You are not just a recruiter—you are a workforce strategist who understands how talent drives business success. A Relationship-Driven Talent Connector
You know that hiring is more than filling roles—it’s about building long-term relationships with top talent. You create a seamless candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects BOI’s culture, values, and vision. You actively network, build pipelines, and nurture relationships, ensuring BOI stays ahead in the competitive AI and technology hiring landscape.
A Results-Oriented Recruiter in a Fast-Paced Environment
You thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments, balancing multiple searches while keeping candidates engaged. You proactively seek out, engage, and close top AI and technology talent, rather than relying on inbound applications. You take a data-driven approach, using hiring metrics and market insights to refine recruitment strategies and drive high-impact hiring decisions.
