We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Manager - Technology & Partnership Reporting to lead our reporting & insights efforts related to technology initiatives and partnerships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align on the reporting priorities, insights and tracking needed, and contribute to the overall success of our technology delivery & partnership management. You support the Telenet senior management to steer the day-to-day decision making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reports.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to align on the reporting priorities, insights and tracking needed, and contribute to the overall success of our technology delivery & partnership management. You support the Telenet senior management to steer the day-to-day decision making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reports.
As our Team Manager - Technology & Partnership Reporting, you:
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of 7 data analysts focused on tech & partnership reporting and steering insight. Foster an entrepreneurial, results-driven, and agile mindset within your team;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define key reporting needs, develop the right strategy, and ensure the alignment of reporting initiatives with business goals;
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to monitor technology and partnership performance. You create new data products that bring reporting & insights proactively to the business;
- Deliver regular reports, presentations, and data insights to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities, on time and in line with business expectations. By doing so you monitor and evaluate the success of technology projects and partnerships, providing actionable insights for optimization and growth;
- Own, run & drive improvements in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value. Including the process to collect ad-hoc requests from the business. You proactively drive prioritization, ensure alignment and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders, including business stakeholder and data leadership;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance reporting practices and tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
Is an inspiring and strategic leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You bring:
- A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management…) or equivalent experience;
- At least 10 years of experience, including a background in data analytics, business insights, or business intelligence;
- Proven leadership experience, managing and developing a high-performing team;
- A strong affinity with process thinking, and the measurement of process performance;
- Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, Qlik Sense, or similar data analysis tools is a plus;
- Excellent storytelling and influencing skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders;
- A keen interest in technology (including IT & operations processes) and partnership performance mechanisms;
- An entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate complex technical and stakeholder structures;
- Fluent in English. Speaking Dutch or French is a plus but not a requirement.
