As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Global HR team, you will play a key role in SASMAR's mission to deliver quality personal care products to consumers globally. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specialises in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to fulfill the recruitment needs of SASMAR globally;

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish hiring criteria for various roles within the organization;

  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract and engage top talent;

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates through interviews and other selection methods;

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer management;

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data;

  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to leverage their expertise and networks for talent acquisition.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a global organization;

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers;

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
