We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will focus on recruiting senior profiles for our international organisation. In addition, this person will be responsible for developing and implementing the corporate employer communication strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What do you have to offer?

  • You have several years of experience in recruiting senior profiles. In an ideal world, you have experience in both internal and external recruitment;

  • You communicate tactfully and appropriately. You build relationships and know how to keep your ultimate goal in mind;

  • You are enterprising and proactive; you come up with initiatives and ideas and implement them. You create your own playing field, taking into account the vision and strategy of the wider organisation;

  • You know the latest trends in recruitment and social media and can translate these into concrete recommendations for Euroports.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You determine the strategy to attract the various profiles – of course, you keep in the back of your mind that you want to build a talent pool and you can use various recruitment channels;

  • You do have a strong knowledge of different finance profiles and are able to assess candidates in this domain;

  • You lead the entire recruitment process; from drafting vacancies to managing interviews to communicating offers;

  • You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, making sure you understand the needs and requirements for those specific roles within Euroports;

  • You select the appropriate external partners but equally know how to approach and convince the right candidates yourself. Direct sourcing… that is what you are good at;

  • You work on well thought-out recruitment communication to increase Euroports’ visibility and strengthen its employer brand.
