WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you are the cornerstone of our efforts to attract and hire top talent. Your role involves collaborating closely with the CEO and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;


• Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a great candidate experience;


• Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions;


• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed;


• Showcase the potential impact of innovative technologies to candidates, aligning their skills with Radix's mission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Who we look for

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;


• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and resources;


• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software;


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;


• Fluency in English, nice to have is Dutch or French knowledge;


• Aspirations to step up as Head of People are a plus.
