ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our TA team is responsible for hiring all corporate roles at Levi’s within our European geographical offices. We are recruiting for a Sr TA specialist to work in our HQ located in Belgium for a 1 year contract.

In this role you will be required to

  • Support all corporate hiring by carrying out initial applicant screening;

  • Move the hiring process through in a timely manner;

  • Research and source active and passive candidates using a variety of sources;

  • Posting and amending jobs;

  • CV searching to find top talent on job boards and LinkedIn;

  • Working to ensure we supply a diverse candidate slate to managers;

  • Sifting thought applications, organizing interviews, providing feedback, managing offers and declines;

  • Partner and manage key relationships with stakeholders;

  • Updating all TA metrics;

  • Implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent;

  • Support hiring managers with queries;

  • Updating and using our ATS system;

  • Supporting on projects as required;

  • For a 1 year contract.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition;

  • 3-5 years within a TA or sourcing role;

  • University degree or equivalent;

  • Fluent in English;

  • Proven ability to multitask;

  • Interest in the fashion/retail space;

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;

  • Demonstrates urgency and versatility;

  • Competent using excel;

  • Social media savvy;

  • A second European language is a plus;

  • Knowledge of the full recruiting process;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Customer service focused;

  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus - preferably in Workday.
