DESCRIPTION:

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a SLA/SSP Account Manager to join our UniQue team in Brussels.

WHAT WILL YOU BE BRINGING TO THE TEAM?

  • Assist in developing Customer Agreements, including SLAs, SSPs, and Price Proposals, resolving legal issues;

  • Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration;

  • Understand and align with customer business needs, ensuring coherence across Customer Agreements;

  • Manage Business Intake and deliver Price/Project Proposals in line with governance guidelines;

  • Aid customers in budgetary screening and ensure agreements meet expectations;

  • Monitor agreement execution, handle customer issues, and participate in review meetings;

  • Contribute to business planning and provide necessary reporting material;

  • Proactively manage customer relationships and promote agency capabilities;

  • Build and maintain a Customer CRM to facilitate understanding of responsibilities, key players, and issues;

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and support complaint handling;

  • Support Principal/Senior Account Manager in developing Demand Forecast and improving management processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline;

  • Possess a minimum of a 2 year professional experience as SLA/SSP Account Manager in the fielded ICT/C4ISR systems;

  • Hold at least one of the following certifications: ITIL, PRINCE2 , MSP and/or PMP certification;

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Service Management principles and execution in a similar organisation or environment;

  • Proven experience in the use of computer-based support tools with an emphasis on Microsoft Office and planning tools;

  • Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of Customer Management and skills in negotiation with a sense of diplomacy;

  • Excellent briefing and presentation skills and the ability to produce clear and concise reports;

  • Proficiency in English language at C1 level.
