In anticipation of a contract award with a prestigious public sector customer in Brussels, we are currently looking for User Support Assistants with fluent English and French language capability.

With your skills and talent, you can contribute to the production of high-quality statistics on Europe.

Main Responsibilities

As User Support Agent – Statistics – Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • User Support Assistants are responsible for the handling of statistical enquiries.

  • Enquiry handling – Providing an appropriate and timely response.

  • First Call Resolution.

  • Escalation to 2nd Line Support Services.

  • Customer service.

  • Email and web form handling.

Successful Candidate

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum three years’ experience working with statistics.

  • A minimum three years’ experience working in a Customer focused / Call Centre environment.


EDUCATION

  • A university degree (minimum three years studies); e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics
    proven experience three years in user support activities on statistics can be considered as equivalent - EU related/ EU traineeship a bonus).


LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English - The working language is English and French, proficiency is required to a good working level.

  • Additional EU languages are a bonus.
