THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Senior Project Manager in the 1st LoD Risk & Compliance team within Change & Transformation, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of complex projects related to our payment and financial services products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large, high-impact projects from concept to delivery and be able to demonstrate exceptional project management skills, leadership, and expertise.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:​

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of large, complex, and high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives;

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues;

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management;

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates, executive summaries, and presentations;

  • Continuously monitor project performance, using metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;

  • Define and implement project management best practices, tools, and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation;

  • Coach, mentor, and develop project management talent within the organization, building a high-performing project management function;

  • Provide strategic input and advice to senior management and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise and insights to inform decision-making and drive business success;


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;

  • 5-10 years of project management experience in a payment/financial services environment, with a proven track record of success in managing large, complex, and high-impact projects from concept to delivery;

  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation;

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically;

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • Relevant project management certification is a plus.
