YOUR CHALLENGE:

Your responsibilities can be summed up in one word: B-R-O-A-D

  • B: Balance sheets and P&L, business partnering in complex environments, you name it;

  • R: Reporting, in all shapes and sizes and with all possible tools. Depending on your specialization, this could include financial reports, consolidation or shaping KPIs and ad hoc analyses;

  • O: Optimization is your middle name and you’re an eternal enthusiast for improvement projects, such as optimizing bookkeeping processes, taking the lead role in transformation projects, setting up shared service centres, integrating acquisitions, and so on. Briefly put, you enjoy whipping a company’s financial health into shape;

  • A: Always looking to deepen or broaden your expertise. Whether that’s discovering different sectors, environments and specializations or simply strengthening your specific technical skills: the sky’s the limit for you. Who knows, perhaps you’ll eventually make the move to one of our advisory units or have acquired all the skills to take on a CFO role;

  • D: Delegating, guiding, coaching, training, mentoring: you’ll have the opportunity to fulfill your people management ambitions.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have over 7 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, controlling or another finance function;

  • Besides that impressive experience, you still see opportunities for continued growth, thanks to your relentless drive for improvement;

  • Providing guidance to and coaching colleagues energizes you;

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related subject;

  • You have a perfect command of English and Dutch or French.
