JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a candidate experienced in the maintenance/differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and in CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing techniques. Practical experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques like RT-qPCR, western blot, immunostaining/microscopy/image analysis and Flow cytometry is desirable.

PROFILE:

Skills and Experience Required

• PhD in cell biology, molecular, genetics or related biological life science;


• 3+ years hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture including challenging cell types such as iPSCs, primary neuronal cells or organoids.
