Melexis, a global leader in microelectronic semiconductor solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our entire sales division in Tessenderlo, Belgium. This includes our automotive and adjacent teams as well as our business units. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales data, calculating commissions, performing internal audits, and providing valuable business insights.

More specifically, you will be involved in

• Data Cleaning and Processing: Cleaning and processing large volumes of Excel files from multiple distributors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our sales data and potentially automating over time;


• Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate commissions for our sales team based on established rules and guidelines;


• Internal Audit and Control: Assist in building up our internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with sales rules and guidelines, and identifying areas for improvement;


• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing valuable business insights to support decision-making. This requires business acumen to understand the context behind the data and identify potential issues.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail;


• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g, Excel, etc.);


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;


• Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
