WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our global Sales Operations team on a full-time basis. As the Sales Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring Lighthouse's success by providing world-class support to the sales function. You will also be responsible for managing a team of four sales operations professionals.
We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to and support sales strategies that capitalise on revenue opportunities within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard creation, have a deep understanding of sales processes, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. As the manager, you will need to provide guidance, support, and clear leadership to your team. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks and helping your team prioritise important issues.

WHERE YOU WILL HAVE IMPACT:
- Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans;
- Manage a team of tactical sales operations professionals;
- Provide day-to-day support for sales process and report generation;
- Develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders;
- Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process;
- Provide guidance, support and clear leadership to your team;
- Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory Global sales processes;
- Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes.;
- Apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers - see the big picture;
- Support and advise reps on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating with finance dept;
- Coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals;
- Prioritise your work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
- A minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics;
- Fluent level of written and spoken English;
- Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce mandatory and candidate will be at an advantage with prior SF Revenue Cloud and Looker experience;
- Previous team manager experience or looking for your first people manager role;
- Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully;
- High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis;
- Great time management skills;
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines;
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture;
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements;
- Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
