We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Key Account Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Business Development Director Europe and act as a key liaison for our large European multinational clients. The primary focus will be on supporting the Business Development Director Europe in managing key accounts in Germany, France, and the UK, with a specific emphasis on utilities data collection through Hardware as a Service (HaaS) solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Assist the Business Development Director Europe in managing key accounts for large European multinational clients, with a focus on Germany, France, and the UK;

  • Coordinate and follow up on client calls, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective communication and timely responses;

  • Support the Business Development Director Europe in sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports;

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables and projects;

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.


YOUR TALENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, account management, or executive support roles;

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or French would be advantageous.
