Revenue & KPI Management

  • You will be assigned to report on and maintain the trade margin tool (SAP) in order to co-produce insights for the sales team/management to improve the customer plan;

  • You will provide support for the Revenue Manager regarding business data interpretation of promo efficiency, promo ROI & Budget Allocation;

  • Your manager could involve you in co-developing different dashboard/reporting for the Trade Marketing Department and assign you to the update, analysis, and further enhancements.

My Perfect Store (MYPS) management​

  • You will be in charge of performing statistical analyses for studying key qualitative KPI (and their weight) to be monitored within Point of Sales (POS);

  • You will support the update of action standards for each KPI by combining data from internal and external relevant sources of POS​;

  • You will participate in defining yearly/session incentive targets lead by the Revenue Manager for overall Sales function, Key Account Manager, and Field​;

  • You will support the update of periodic reports on the quality of implementation of POS​;

  • You will support and co-develop, with the advice of your Manager and in collaboration with external sources, specific analyses on the correlation between quality and customer turnover;

  • You will support the field force and MYPS users by providing answers to frequent and specific questions​, analyzing anomalies and trend evolution​, and supporting the preparation of sales argumentation for specific customers and POS​;

  • You will assist your Management in the preparation of documentation required for the MYPS project (e.g. manuals, newsletter, etc.) and MYPS training.


  • A Bachelor or a Masters degree, previous experience in planning and/or forecast will give an additional value to your application;

  • You are recognized as having an analytical profile. You will work on Excel and Power BI daily. Knowledge of SAP will facilitate your onboarding into Revenue Management;

  • English will be your daily business language.
