JOB PURPOSE:

As a member of the BSEMEA Rewards & Analytics team, and with guidance from the Total Rewards Manager and the Global Mobility Lead, the Mobility Analyst is responsible for overseeing and assisting with projects, as well as handling the daily operations within the Global Mobility. This role is pivotal in bolstering our global mobility strategy, particularly in managing assignments between Japan and EMEA, as well as within EMEA itself. The Mobility Analyst will become the go-to expert for any inquiries related to the Mobility program. Additionally, they will serve as the crucial link connecting assignees, external mobility service providers, and HR Business Partners. The hallmark of success in this role is the ability to forge and maintain effective collaborative relationships with all essential stakeholders, both internally and externally, through excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for any mobility related questions;

  • Provide first-level review and resolution of exceptions requests outside of the relocation policy guidelines; makes appropriate recommendations;

  • Assist assignees with Visa/ Job permit requests;

  • Assist team with tracking and managing project statuses and work on projects as assigned;

  • Manage the process of expense approval of assignees related to the assignment;

  • Maintain data in systems used to support the assignment process;

  • Provide consultative support to employees and internal partners about the policies, processes, and operations of the relocation program;

  • Partner with external supplier partners to ensure outstanding customer service, policy compliance and data integrity;

  • Educate and advise human resources business partners, managers, recruiters, candidates for sponsorship, employees and financial planning partners on immigration and mobility requirements, processes and matters;

  • Update & refine policies, processes and administration for the immigration & one-way relocation programs;

  • Be a key point of contact for Talent Acquisition, HRIS and HR Operations as well as mobility supplier partners on data integrity and data management with in HRIS system.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of global mobility experience; administering global immigration and/or relocation programs preferred;

  • Strong data integrity management and data analytical skills;

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations to a wide array of audiences including Executive-level management;

  • Exposure to global immigration and work permits, temporary work visas, permanent residency processes;

  • Strong relationship management skills as well as a commitment to customer service and successful supplier partner management;

  • Excellent organization and project management skills as well as the ability to manage concurrent high priority initiatives while meeting committed deadlines;

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitation skills that are flexible in presenting to a variety of audience;

  • Excellent knowledge of English;

  • Spoken and written knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
