YOUR NEW ROLE:
In your role as Quality Specialist Pharma, you will lead production investigations to ensure timely and safe product releases, identifying and resolving root causes with CAPAs. You will act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies during inspections, defending investigation strategies and reports. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements and reducing recurring deviations. Partnering with stakeholders is key to validating processes, keeping production on track, and sharing knowledge effectively.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Master in Medical, Biomedical or Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cell and Gene technology…bachelor's degree with relevant experience;
- Knowledge of GMP with at least 2 to 3 years experience and/or clean room experience;
- Knowledge and expertise with Root Cause Analysis and drawing up CAPA’s (corrective & preventive actions);
- Working accurately according to protocols;
- Analytical Thinking, attention to detail, decision-making Skills;
- Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus).
