DESCRIPTION:

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our UniQue team in Mons.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Manage and deliver small projects or sub-projects using appropriate methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget;

  • Support senior project managers across all phases of project delivery, from planning to closure;

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; report critical issues and implement follow-up actions;

  • Collaborate with exercise planners to define CIS requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure alignment with objectives;

  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare and support exercises, ensuring participant readiness and operational efficiency;

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and resolve issues through negotiation;

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders; integrate feedback and lessons learned;

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements; establish baselines and ensure alignment with strategic objectives;

  • Track progress, monitor key activities, and provide regular updates to ensure successful outcomes.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline;

  • A recognized formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP (The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain);

  • At least 5 years with CIS project planning, operations planning and support, system architecture, and security governance including strategic alignment and risk management;

  • Recent experience in Project management of C4ISR acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization;

  • Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour;

  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;

  • Prior experience in exercise coordination, acting as a single point of contact for the exercise stakeholders;

  • Proficiency in English Language at a minimum B2 level.
