YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

As project manager you are responsible for an offshore project by organising and supervising the execution of the works. You ensure that they are executed as described in the contract.

  • Together with the engineering team you are responsible for choosing the most economical, safe and successful method to carry out the project;

  • You preside over meetings with clients, authorities and other contractors on site;

  • You are responsible for the site administration, cost controlling and budgeting;

  • You coordinate the project team. In this, you also coach the employees and you are responsible for their development and evaluation;

  • You communicate with clients and third parties on a daily basis;

  • During the works, you report to the head office every day;

  • You have the final responsibility for compliance with the legal regulations regarding safety, environment and quality on site;

  • You plan the deployment of personnel, vessels, auxiliary equipment and subcontractors.


PROFILE:

You have an engineering degree and at least 10 years' experience in the sector. You are a born leader and very persuasive. You're great at planning and organising, always bearing in mind the client's wishes and needs. You speak and write fluent English.
