MANAGER / PPM IN GLOBAL RISK MANAGEMENT:

Anheuser-Busch InBev is looking for a talented and motivated professional to join their Global Risk Management team based in the headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, where you will play a key role in developing innovative ways of solving complex business problems through the use of data analytics with an Agile approach.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic and high-performing team, conducting internal audit projects across Zone Europe and at a global level. Together, you will review all areas of the organization to provide assurance and to solve real business problems, understand underlying processes and make recommendations that truly add value to the business. At the same time, you will also work directly with the VP of Global Risk Management to support her and the entire function on all PPM relevant activities. This includes the support of internal operations by preparing updates to the Audit Committee and CFO, as well as internal department meeting presentations, supporting strategic initiatives and key deliverables globally, and the organization and structure of cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and operational efficiency across the entire Global Risk Management function.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new ways of solving complex business issues through the use of data analytics. You will be part of a project team that will find new ways of performing internal audits and solving complex business issues;

  • Act as an owner for your part of the reviews. You will engage with key stakeholders, gain a deep understanding of the business process, perform in-depth analysis, and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management. Collaboration is at the core of our team, so you will also step in to support other colleagues when needed;

  • Practically use and regularly improve your technical/functional knowledge as well as learn new things on regular basis;

  • Need to step out of your comfort zone and develop a network of stakeholders in a dynamic environment;

  • Be required to tackle new problems and learn new processes on average every 2 to 3 months;

  • Be part of and embrace the Agile framework to perform risk reviews.

COMPETENCIES:

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience;

  • Ambitious person who is eager to grow, develop her/his technical and management skills and, in time, bring expertise to other functions within AB InBev;

  • You have a problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way. You can quickly understand processes and highlight financial and operational risks;

  • You have an analytical mindset that makes it easy for you to work with sizeable data sets;

  • You are a good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommend solutions to senior management (both orally and in writing);

  • You are fluent (Oral and Written) in English.


Desirable

  • Any knowledge of SAP that you can leverage to perform in-depth analysis during reviews;

  • Any experience with programming, ideally query languages (SQL and variations), data mining or reporting tools (Python, R, PowerBI, web crawling, etc.);

  • A good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
