DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:​

The Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA), established in various European countries, primarily in France, designs, implements, and hosts multi-channel payment applications based on diverse authentication methods. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of our Access Control Server (ACS) solution. ACS plays a vital role throughout the payment process by offering fraud prevention modules, a wide array of strong authentication methods, and the implementation of the 3D-Secure protocol. With over 300 million 3D-Secure transactions annually and a client base of at least seventy European banks, you'll be involved with a product that is both well-established and continuously evolving to address future challenges.

Our team manages projects for various banks in the Benelux region, and to support our delivery efforts, we are currently seeking a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key resource in project delivery for our Benelux clients, providing a highly organized and effective delivery approach in collaboration with the client-side counterpart, while considering all necessary steps and dependencies for development/configuration (both functional and technical);

  • Managing projects in sensitive technical and business environments (specifically in the payment sector);

  • Overseeing all project stages: Specifications, documentation gathering, project roadmap creation, functional and technical studies, design, production, testing and bench evaluations, customer acceptance, production, and ongoing monitoring;

  • Managing customer relationships, which involves communication, project organization, customer meetings, planning, and providing regular status updates;

  • Overseeing budget management and financial monitoring for projects;

  • Monitoring risks and security specifications;

  • Following up on production deliveries (operational activities) and facilitating the transition from build to run;

  • Coordinating and managing multi-site teams directly and transversely;

  • The ideal candidate will be capable of working on both business and technical projects within an agile/squad framework.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for big thinkers—individuals who can drive positive change, take initiative, and indicate what’s next. We seek passionate individuals with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. In practice, this means:

  • Higher Degree in IT, Business Engineering or related fields;

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar position;

  • Strong IT affinity;

  • Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology is preferred;

  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, particularly JIRA administration, would be advantageous;

  • Serious, communicative, dynamic, rigorous, and autonomous;

  • Familiarity with technical skills is a bonus (expertise is not required);

  • Fluency in English is required as well as good knowledge of French and/or English.
