ABOUT ENTSO-E:
ENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross-border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 39 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 35 countries. The ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels provides support on technical, market and policy developments for all European TSOs in their cooperation with each other, in their joint fulfilment of their legal mandates, and in the intensive interactions with EU decision-makers, regulatory agencies, associations representing network users and other stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly professional and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO), interested to contribute to the energy transition in Europe. Do you have integrity and skill to engender trust with excellent interpersonal skills? Are you ready to interact with executives and experts within an international and future thinking organisation? You will work in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels in the Operations section, reporting directly to the Head of Section. The Operations section is comprised of 21 internal and external staff.
You will support the Head of Section and the entire Operations section to implement various processes, including the management of contracts, budget and documents. Furthermore, you will support internal communication activities and contribute to various projects within the section and across the Secretariat. You will provide administrative and project management support to the System Operations Committee (SOC), one of the main decision-making bodies of ENTSO-E, including the preparation of meetings and associated documents, in collaboration with the other PMOs in the section. You will support the Head of Section with the coordination of multiple groups and projects.
At ENTSO-E, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work to support a good work-life balance.

- Manage contractual and budget-related processes, in close cooperation with the relevant advisors;
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of dashboards, agendas, minutes and all relevant documentation;
- Maintain a registry of processes and ensure compliance with the ENTSO-E governance rules and decision-making processes across the Operations section;
- Manage and update SharePoint pages;
- Support various projects within the section or across the ENTSO-E Secretariat, and propose improvements where necessary;
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations about the on-going activities under your responsibility;
- Develop excellent working relationships within the Secretariat, all the ENTSO-E Members and wider stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for someone with the following skills and abilities:
- University degree in business administration or equivalent working experience preferably with a good understanding of European policy-making;
- At least 1-3 years of experience as executive assistant or in a project support function, preferably in a multi-stakeholders and matrix management environment;
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English;
- Proficiency in the Office environment (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams; Outlook; SharePoint);
- Proven ability to plan and organise multiple tasks, while remaining flexible and adapting to changing priorities;
- Ability to work independently and in team setting with competing deadlines;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
- Strong interest to work within a multicultural professional environment;
- Positive mindset aligned with the values of ENTSO-E.
