WORKING IN THE PRODUCT TEAM:

The Product Manager Entertainment Partnerships develops strategic initiatives with partners to strengthen the role of Telenet in the media & entertainment landscape (i.e. broadcasters & streamers)​. You craft win-win-win value propositions & partner products to drive (new) revenue and enhance partner value.​ You grow the partnerships portfolio to enforce the business and growth objectives.

YOUR TASKS AS OUR PRODUCT MANAGER:

  • Design & develop new partner products and/or entertainment propositions, based on both partner and customer needs, taking into account future opportunities, changing markets and/or improvement possibilities for what exists;

  • Ensure that proposed solutions are profitable by owning or contributing to business cases or budget and making recommendations in terms of feasibility and customer dynamics;

  • Contribute to the marketing & portfolio strategy in terms of product orientation & value proposition;

  • Act as “point of contact” for commercial partners and manages for Telenet day-to-day relationships with partners. Communicate proposed solution and presents delivery milestones towards partners;

  • Define business requirements and ensure technical or operational delivery of the proposed solutions. Consistently applies Telenet design principles across partner products. Enables optimal customer experiences throughout the customer journey;

  • Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPI’s. Makes product & commercial recommendations based upon data reports & customer insights;

  • Stays abreast of market developments and technological innovations, analyzes changing customer needs and brings best practices forward.

OUR NEW PRODUCT MANAGER:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Innovation or MBA;

  • You have relevant (5+ years) experience in delivering high quality products or solutions in a digital environment;

  • You are highly capable of designing and communicating product vision and strategy, whether it be to a partner, a team of engineers or to higher management;

  • You drive projects from start to finish with a strong collaborative approach;

  • You can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (both technical and non-technical), communicate clearly and concisely, and break down complex, conceptual ideas into executable solutions;

  • You are experienced in product design best practices (i.e. design thinking, roadmap design, user story writing, ..);

  • You know how to compose a (lean) business case to prove the viability of your idea(s);

  • You can think strategically and maintain a helicopter view;

  • You are able to perform in a high paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple initiatives in parallel;

  • You are hands-on and take ownership, you are a strong problem solver, and you can act as a go-to-person towards a multitude of stakeholders;

  • You are passionate about entertainment, technology, digital experiences, and commercial tactics;

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
