YOUR ROLE:

As a key member of the Global Pricing Team, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing strategic initiatives and projects that align with the company's pricing strategies. This role involves leading cross-functional and complex projects and providing high-level support to stakeholders. You will ensure that pricing strategies are effectively implemented across global markets and serve as a key liaison between the Global Pricing Team, Divisional Team, and Customer Centers. You will report to the Global Pricing Manager.

YOUR MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and participate in strategic pricing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from Customer Centers, Supply Chain, and Marketing Teams;

  • Ensure consistent application of pricing policies and guidelines across all regions (including Key Account agreements) by maintaining close contact with Pricing Coordinators and Business Line Managers;

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, installed base, and competitive dynamics to recommend adjustments to pricing strategies;

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Part Specialists to ensure correct application of pricing strategy per product group;

  • Address local market challenges and opportunities by working closely with Customer Centers;

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and provide expert guidance for escalated pricing-related issues and inquiries from Key Accounts, Customer Centers, and Division;

  • Organize and lead workshops or training sessions to enhance understanding of pricing models, tools, dashboards, etc;

  • Provide Price Benchmarking analysis for Customer Centers;

  • Analyze pricing data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, pricing performance, and customer support activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field within a multinational environment;

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI);

  • Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions;

  • Strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs;

  • Capability to think long-term and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans;

  • Flexibility to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic global environment;

  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in project planning and execution.
