ROLE SUMMARY:

The Advisory Analyst will support local managers in building deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. The analyst assists executive management of small and midcaps listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital. The analyst might also work on ESG Advisory topics.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services Sales Manager: support in identifying high-potential accounts, preparing advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc…) and reporting activities in a CRM;

  • Support in the delivery of advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team;

  • Monitor clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors’ CRM management, road books …) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports;

  • Produce periodic market updates, and ECM commentaries for listed companies;

  • Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour;

  • Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers;

  • Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions’ delivery.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Recent graduate with initial experience in Equity Capital Markets;

  • Fluency in English, French and Dutch;

  • Ability to work autonomously and with teams alike, under pressure with tight deadlines;

  • Excellent multitasking, organization, writing and communication skills;

  • Essential skills include attention to detail, rigor and a strong sense of accountability combined with a pragmatic approach;

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, demonstrated aptitude for analytics and the ability to transform quantitative findings into deep qualitative analysis;

  • Strong proficiency in financial databases (e.g. Thomson Reuters, Factset, Bloomberg).
