The Podcast producer will be an additional member to the Podcast team working towards strengthening Euractiv’s news coverage.

As a Podcast producer, you will be responsible for all aspects of production: news-gathering, research, fact-checking, script writing, and editing.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with strong technical skills and the ability to master all aspects of production, as described above (news-gathering, research, fact-checking, script writing, and editing);


• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro);


• University degree in journalism or related field;


• Ability to collaborate with others;


• Brussels based;


• Good understanding of and interest in EU policy;


• Excellent command of English;


• Knowledge of additional European languages (French or German would be a plus);


• Availability as soon as possible.

WHAT WE OFFER:

This is a short term collaboration on freelance basis, that can be extended based on performance and future projects, with salary and responsibilities commensurate to the candidate’s level of experience.
