As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Payroll & Operations Manager to join its HR team.
YOUR ROLE:
- Manage a team of 3 FTEs, providing leadership and guidance;
- Manage and supervise our company's payroll in an accurate and timely manner;
- Optimize our compensation strategy in coordination with HR Leaders strategy and the company's business goals to ensures competitiveness in various international markets (Belgium, Malta, Uk, Portugal, ...);
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll and tax regulations;
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks;
- Oversee the administration of HR-related tasks and maintaining personnel records;
- Streamline administrative processes and implement best practices;
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure payroll and administrative tasks are aligned with company goals;
- Participate in regular market analysis to determine competitive pay scales, incentives, and benefits packages;
- Utilize HR analytics and data to provide insights and recommendations on compensation and benefits trends, cost-effectiveness, and areas for improvement;
- Prepare and present reports to management and key stakeholders.
YOUR ROLE:
- Master's degree in Human Resources;
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR with a scope in international payrolling;
- Experience in management;
- Experience in growing environment (structural & M&A) with a multi sites and countries impact;
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices, laws, and regulations;
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools;
- Stress resistant, use to work with short deadline and multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent English knowledge.
