JOB DESCRIPTION:

ADS Insight is seeking a dynamic and responsible Office Manager to join our team of 15 in Brussels, where the working language is English. The position is flexible with a possibility for a 75 -100% scheme. Administrative and financial responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Being the primary point of contact - internal and external;

  • Offering general administrative support to the team;

  • Working within our admin team, and supporting us in all matters including in book-keeping and finance;

  • Working on bookings and travel arrangements;

  • Providing support in events planning and organisation and delivery;

  • Doing basic updates to website, renewal of IT licenses, ordering IT equipment;

  • Ensuring contacts with suppliers (office rental, office and equipment maintenance, supplies, etc.);

  • Managing inventory and ordering office supplies;

  • Scheduling meetings.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience (2-5 years ideally) and at least 2 references;

  • Fluency in English, and Dutch or French;

  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills;

  • Advanced IT proficiency;

  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a multicultural and dynamic team;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Solution oriented: able to be resourceful and proactive;

  • Diploma or certification in administration or office management, or equivalent.
