ABOUT:

PEC is an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet. We are looking for an HR Officer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Belgian Headquarters, located in Leuven. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Europe and the United States.

YOUR TASKS:

As our office assistant you will:

• Be the first point of contact for all visitors;


• Handle all incoming calls and e-mails and refer them – if required – to the correct person;


• Be responsible for the travel bookings for our personnel;


• Handle the administrative duties regarding logistics admin (receiving goods/packages, processes POs,..).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;


• Strong knowledge of MS Office;


• Experience with travel bookings in a corporate environment;


• A hands-on mentality and is willing to take on different tasks when required;


• Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus.
