We are a European political party, an association of over 40 national parties that stand together for change. We are here to bring together left and progressive forces from all corners of Europe. Our goal? Creating a new system that works for people, not the capital. How do we do it? By standing against capitalist exploitation, ecological destruction, political oppression, and criminal wars, against fascism and dictatorship, in resistance to patriarchal domination and discrimination against “others”.

We are looking for a new creative talent in audio-visual communication, who will be producing digital as well as print media content for events and campaigns of the party, with a special focus on the EU 2024 elections for the coming year (and possibly beyond).

This is a fixed-term post, fulltime, until the end of July 2024 (possible extension for an indefinite period) based in Brussels. Contract according to Belgium Labour Law, starting ideally in 1st of January 2024.


  • Graphic Design and Layout of print media for the promotion of events and campaigns: design of flyers, posters, banners, gadgets, stickers etc;

  • Maintaining and assuring the coherence of the visual identity of the European Left in all its communication channels;

  • Creation of audio-visual content for the diverse communication channels of the European Left;

  • Together with the Communications Manager; planning of digital communication strategies for events and political activities;

  • Brainstorming and recommendation for the communication for political missions of the presidency and international events;

  • Maintenance of the website of the European Left, creation of visuals, layout of political statements on the website;

  • Coordination of external production of communication utils together with the Communications Manager. Audiovisual coverage of events: pictures, stories, reels, posts (depending on the scale of the event).


  • Background or equivalent experience in graphic design or multimedia;

  • Experience in the coverage/ communication of events;

  • Experience in production procedure of print media (getting in contact with printers, dimensions, trims & bleeds);

  • Being proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro and Aftereffects is a plus);

  • Being a native in social media and experience to work with different medias: collage, illustration, text, video;

  • Experience in managing and planning social media content;

  • Having some knowledge in shooting photos and videos with a camera is a plus;

  • You can translate complicated political messengers into creative visuals for our broad audience;

  • You are proficient in English and French.


  • The job requires to travel, generally about 1 every two months but can be more, sometimes on weekends;

  • The office is based in Brussels;

  • Working languages are English and French.
