You'll be the jack-of-all-trades, offering invaluable administrative support to various teams, including Marketing, Training, Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Communication, and Brand Excellence. Your versatility and dedication will make a significant impact across the board when the need arises.


Experience a dynamic role at the heart of our operations, where your proactive touch will keep the gears of our department moving smoothly. With responsibilities spanning various domains, this position promises a blend of administrative versatility and engagement with different teams and projects.

Efficient PO Management

  • Spearhead the creation and meticulous tracking of purchase orders, debit notes, and invoice follow-ups, while adeptly managing expenses;

  • Forge strong alliances with the finance and compliance teams to ensure POs are always in the right status.

Energizing Marketing Administration

  • Take the lead on managing sample orders and coordinating shipments of marketing materials;

  • Be the gatekeeper of our marketing materials and samples inventory, ensuring it's always well-stocked;

  • Throw your weight behind exciting marketing projects, from setting up shared sites to organizing documents;

  • Step in to support our Training team when their need arises, showcasing your adaptability;

  • Embrace ad-hoc initiatives with our TIS marketing teams, demonstrating your ability to jump into action.

Travel Coordination Excellence

  • Become the logistical wizard behind physician workshops and congresses, arranging their flights and accommodations with precision;

  • Be the mastermind of internal and external meetings for our TIS marketing and Commercial Excellence teams, managing meeting room bookings, catering, and all the nitty-gritty details to ensure flawless gatherings;

  • Wear the hat of a travel officer for our TIS VP and Training team consultants;

  • Extend your helping hand to team members when they require support with their travel arrangements.

General Support with a Personal Touch

  • Provide essential calendar management assistance to our TIS VP Marketing, enhancing their productivity;

  • Tackle various operational and administrative tasks, reinforcing our manager and team with the practical support they need;

  • Stay flexible and ready to assume new responsibilities and authorities as our department evolves, seizing every opportunity to support our ongoing and future initiatives.

In this role, you'll be at the core of our operations, making a tangible impact with your dynamic support across diverse areas. If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, we'd love to have you on board.


  • Bachelor degree in Administration or Marketing;

  • Experience in a similar job is an asset;

  • Able to work independently and accurately. Takes on tasks and responsibilities on own initiative;

  • Customer oriented: builds positive rapport and effective long term relationships with internal and external clients;

  • Able to work in a multi-cultural and international team environment;

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and preferably also in Dutch;

  • Flexible in (inter)national travelling (approx. 5%).
