DESCRIPTION:
We currently have a vacancy for an LMS Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

YOUR TASKS:
- Business Analysis of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Requirements;
- Analyse and document the current Moodle environment, including its customizations, integrations, and data structures;
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements for the migration to a modern, supported Moodle version or other LMS. Map them to open-source existing plugins already available;
- Evaluate the feasibility of alternative LMS, multiple Moodle instances and define the criteria for their implementation;
- Thoroughly analyse and document existing, undocumented Moodle customizations;
- Analyse and document requirements for supporting multilingual content and user experiences in the Moodle environment;
- Requirements Analysis for Data Warehousing and Reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- At least 2 years of experience in a e-learning context, preferably Moodle;
- Experience with modelling using the UML, BPMN, ARIS (or other similar) tools;
- At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management in a multi-stakeholder international environment;
- Experience in business analyst role in large-scale IT software application development projects;
- At least 1 year of experience in a risk management context;
- At least 1 year of experience in Service level management or success management of IT solutions will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, PHP, MySQL, Power BI or similar, will be considered an asset;
- Agile certification or Business Analysis certification (CBAP or similar) will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
