WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Help manage client and consultant relationships and address inquiries or concerns;
- Reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations, with direct supervision of the Service Delivery Management team;
- Support the Service Delivery Management team with the development and implementation of business development strategies;
- Handle general office management tasks such as answering phones, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office filing, and organizing meetings;
- Handle general inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and visitors;
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed;
- Promote teamwork and build effective relationships with internal departments to address consultants’ and clients’ questions and expectations;
- Participate in the overall business activity, by encouraging innovative and stimulating work environment evolutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use.
