  • Place: FIA Region I office in Brussels, Belgium (up to 8 days/month remote work, including from another European location);

  • Job duration: open-ended, full-time;

  • Starting date: ideally on 1st April 2024;

  • Deadline for applications: 1st March 2024.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in policy research, analysis, and coordination to contribute to advocacy efforts;

  • Serve as a key support in monitoring EU policy developments and crafting policy materials;

  • Maintain internal coordination with Members;

  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings and preparing relevant materials;

  • Contribute to communication efforts, including newsletters and internal/external platforms;

  • Assist in the organization of events.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., European public policy, political sciences, international relations, etc.);

  • Demonstrated interest in EU policy, with previous internships or work experience in related fields;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;

  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

  • Ability to analyze, write, and synthesize policy and advocacy documents concisely;

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
