ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Support electrical and electronics subsystem design for spacecraft missions, including power electronics, sensor interface, digital hardware and embedded software;
- Support all aspects of the development chain: specification, design, integration, test, operations, and maintenance;
- Support design reviews to ensure requirements and interface compliance;
- Work on digital and analog embedded hardware;
- Develop test plans that ensure adequate testing of units and the complete system;
- Work in a small growing team of electronics engineers in charge of the spacecraft electronics;
- Be in contact with a multidisciplinary team of flight software, FPGA developers and mechanical engineers.
DESIRABLE:
- A passion for technology and rapid execution of sophisticated space missions;
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C, C++,...);
- Experience with PCB design, assembly, debug and system level testing methodologies;
- Proficiency with common industry electronic design software.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field;
- No work experience or a first work experience;
- Ability to work across the team and company to drive designs to completion;
- Willing to learn;
- Good communication;
- Fluent in English.
