YOUR RESPONBSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring legislative developments in the assigned policy areas;
- Researching and contributing to drafting client positions on policy developments;
- Actively contributing to the development of public affairs and communication strategies;
- Preparing and organising meetings with clients, policy makers, and other stakeholders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Around 1 year of experience in public affairs, a trade association or a European Institution (including traineeships);
- Experience or a strong interest in the areas of financial services, health, and circular economy is a plus;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members;
- Excellent English with additional language(s) preferable, Dutch is a plus;
- You have a collaborative approach and are a team player;
- A proactive, driven and motivated person; creativity is a plus;
- You have a permit to work in Belgium.
