For one of our clients, HAYS is looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer.

YOUR NEW COMPANY:

Our client is an independent company that provides IT services to a consortium of employers, including mutual health funds and non-profit organizations active in the health, socio-cultural, and social tourism sectors.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

• You will be working for an application that is used both within the company and by its customers;


• You will work on different stages of this application. For example, integration, business logic or the user interface;


• You will provide technical solutions and documentation;


• You work both in a team and autonomously.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Have a higher education degree in IT (or equivalent experience);


• Several years' experience as a JavaEE / Web Service Software Engineer;


• Experience in application analysis and development;


• Knowledge of Java (8+), J2EE (EJB, JPA, JBoss), Webservices, SOAP / REST, Swing, Spring, Hibernate, Maven;


• Familiarity with SQL, SAO/ESB, Spring (Boot), Angular, PL/1, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jenkis, Git, Gradle, Ant, Agile methodology is considered a plus;


• Result-oriented, analytical, flexible, and critical thinker;


• Initiative taker with excellent technical analysis and development skills;


• Organized, precise, and reliable team player with the ability to work independently;


• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
