DESCRIPTION:

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

YOUR TASKS:

• Coordination between the project team and the service support team;


• Organization, implementation, maintenance of IS Support and IS service management;


• Provide users with the required information and manage the information sites;


• Management and follow-up of users’ requests and service quality;


• Conception and organization of user documentation for information systems;


• Management of incidents related to information systems and organization of the reporting;


• User guidance at information mostly for financial information systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT;


• Experience in end user assistance or support of information systems;


• Good Knowledge of ITIL;


• Good reporting skills;


• Knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites;


• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language);


• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, will be considered an asset;


• Dashboarding and KPI statistics will be an asset;


• Certification in ITIL foundation would be an asset;


• Excellent command of the English language.
