DESCRIPTION:

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Project Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage and follow up a set of projects in some or all their life cycle phases: inception, elaboration, construction and transition; during the software development cycle of the plan, to manage and follow up some or all activities (architecture, specifications, development, tests;


• Enforce the quality delivery of the project according to the agreed schedule;


• Report on the project status, escalate issue;


• Support DEV team and Business Team by translating business needs into IT Requirements;


• Produce and/or review documents and deliverables from contractors or other project stakeholders as well as provide suggestions for service, procedures or methodology improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in IT combined with 13 years of IT professional experience;


• 5 years of experience with Project Management tools and methodologies;


• Experience with data analytics software implementation projects;


• In-depth experience with Waterfall, Agile, JIRA, Confluence and Ms Project;


• Experience with Project coordination procedures PMP or PM²;


• Experience with business processes;


• Possession of a recognized certificate in project management will be considered an asset;


• Excellent command of the English language.
