We are seeking a highly skilled IT Financial Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include building Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for IT applications and systems for invoicing to subsidiaries, writing and negotiating contracts with those subsidiaries, and managing monthly invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT systems, software, financial systems and resource management, as well as excellent contract writing and negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain TCO models for IT applications and systems to ensure accurate invoicing to subsidiaries;

  • Write, review, and negotiate contracts with subsidiaries to ensure compliance and mutual agreement on terms;

  • Manage the monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information to build TCO models and invoicing;

  • Analyze financial data to isolate cost related to specific IT systems and applications and include them in the TCO models.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field;

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, TCO modeling, and contract management;

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and resource management;

  • Excellent contract writing and negotiation skills;

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills;

  • Experience in a multinational company or a similar industry is an asset.
