DISCOVER THE ROLE:

The HR & Payroll Specialist will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;

  • Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;

  • Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;

  • Affiliation of international clients;

  • Daily communication with international clients;

  • Processing payroll based on input received;

  • Providing required output documents;

  • Assistance with local legislation;

  • Processing joiners and leavers;

  • Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners;

  • Calculation of settlements for leavers;

  • Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies;

  • Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Team player;

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;

  • At least 1 year of experience in the role;

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French;

  • Responsible and organized;

  • Eye for detail and quality-focused;

  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);

  • Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus.
