JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek an intern to assist the EPPA Team in the following areas:

  • Reseach and preparation of reportsin the area of Policy & Regulatory Affairs for REACH/CLP/Biocidal/Pesticides/Cosmetic/Food Contact products and other general areas;

  • Reply to client inquiries and contribute to the development of business opportunities;

  • Understand and follow the procedures and policies pertaining to products put on the European market;

  • Develop and maintain a database.


PROFILE REQUIRED:

  • Master degree in political science, Law, etc;

  • Real interest in policy and regulatory matters is required, experience is an advantage;

  • Basic knowledge about product safety and chemicals regulation is an asset;

  • Good Academic record and proven writing skills;

  • Excellent English. French and other languages are an added-value;

  • Good research and analytical skills, interpretation of legal texts is required;

  • Good organizational and diplomatic skills, good communications skills – both oral and written;

  • Team player, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attentive listener and networker;

  • Experienced user of Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, and PowerPoint.
