As an Insurance Officer at Goodman, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the insurance requirements for our real estate projects in continental Europe. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient follow up of key insurance matters, to protect the company's assets.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- Liaise with internal development stakeholders: You collect and deliver clear detailed insights on different milestones of ongoing developments. You monitor the timeline of the developments to ensure a correct follow-up with all insurers;
- Drive communication: You act as SPOC between the insurer and our development teams on selected development projects. You notify any changes in orders and milestone dates;
- Manage documentation and enhance documentation processes: You will provide administrative and analytical support for renewals of existing policies, new policies, insurance notifications, risk surveys and claims handling.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of experience in insurance administration within industrial insurance preferably within production and/or claims departments;
- Skills: Well structured, IT savvy, project-minded, and open-minded to look outside of insurance only (venturing into procurement processes, risk processes, etc.);
- Attributes: Eager and willing to learn, strong communication skills, pro active and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders;
- You are fluent in English.
