YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and expanding IRIS’s presence in the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions. You’ll work closely with B2B clients, distributors, resellers, and partners, building long-term relationships and driving business growth. This is a high-impact role where your expertise and proactive approach will help businesses streamline their document management with our IRIS portable scanners and PDF solutions.

  • Sales Development: Identify and engage with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions;

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and product presentations;

  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage everything from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support;

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing on lead generation initiatives and adapt sales strategies to local market dynamics;

  • Product Expertise: Provide product demonstrations and training to partners and clients, ensuring they maximize the value of IRIS solutions;

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep our approach innovative and effective.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Sales, or a related field;

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the tech or software industry with Middle Eastern & Asia Pacific markets;

  • Strong sales acumen, proactive mindset, and results orientation;

  • Fluent in English and French, any other languages is a strong plus.
