DESCRIPTION:
Eurochambres is looking for an Inhouse Consultant to join the team working as Support Office of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme. Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other countries. The Support Office manages the network of Intermediary Organisations (IOs) implementing the programme, by providing them with guidance, training and networking events. The Support Office is responsible for the helpdesk, communication and promotion of the programme at EU level and much more.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be part of the EYE Support Office team and will be in charge of the management of the following tasks:
- Helpdesk (answering emails on a timely manner, answering phone calls from IOs);
- Quality checks on the implementation of the programme;
- Support in the organisation of online and offline events, such as network meetings of IOs (twice a year – 200 participants), matchmaking events;
- Revision and drafting of material for trainings and webinars;
- Development of handbooks, guides, promotional materials;
- Drafting the bi-monthly newsletter;
- Drafting technical and financial reports for the contracting authority;
- Communication and dissemination linked to the projects in collaboration with the EYE team leader.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years of EU funded project management experience;
- Strong organisational capacity and the ability to multi-task;
- Strong analytical skills, rigorous approach;
- Excellent spoken and written English and good knowledge of at least one other European language;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and similar tools;
- Excellent knowledge of social media communication and online meeting tools;
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously;
- Communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and online meeting tools;
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of at least one other European language;
- Excellent communication skills and be familiar with social media;
- Ability to appreciate and follow priorities.
Project Officer must have:
- All of the requirements listed for the Junior Project Onior officer;
- Experience in working with business support organisations (or businesses);
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with the implementation of EU funded projects;
- Knowledge of European affairs (the functioning of EU institutions and procedures).
